How often should gutters be cleaned in Northeast Florida?

Twice a year for most homes — once in late spring after oak pollen drops, once in late fall after the leaves come down. Homes with overhanging trees usually need a third visit in late summer.

What gauge aluminum do you use?

.027 standard residential or .032 heavy-duty for homes near the coast and homes with heavy tree cover. We'll recommend the right gauge for your exposure during the estimate.

Do you install leaf guards — and do they work?

Yes. They work great for whole leaves but pine needles and oak pollen still get through most styles. We'll tell you whether they're worth it for your tree mix before you spend the money.

Are you insured?

Fully insured. Certificate of insurance available before any job. We work safely on ladders and we carry the right coverage for ladder-and-fascia work.
