What we do across Orlando
Orlando runs as a drive-radius market for us. The full service list is on the table, but the work that justifies the trip tends to be larger and more involved — interior repaints, drywall and trim work, cabinet installs, bathroom and kitchen refreshes and renovations, and door and flooring projects that fill at least a half-day on site. Smaller one-hour repairs are usually a better fit for a local handyman, and we’ll say so on the phone if that’s what’s needed.
What we focus on in Orlando
Booked-ahead larger projects. Repaints, cabinet installs, full trim packages, and bath or kitchen refreshes are scheduled one to two weeks out so we can route Orlando visits efficiently and bring the right materials in one trip.
Faster turnarounds when we’re already in town. When a route is already set, local paint, handyman, and assembly calls can be added on at shorter notice. Send the scope and a zip code and we’ll tell you straight whether it fits the trip.
Renovations as multi-trip projects. A kitchen or bathroom renovation in Orlando runs as 3-5 scheduled visits over 2-3 weeks rather than daily presence. We sequence the work so the demo, plumbing, and tile happen in concentrated trips and the finish work lands on a final visit.
Suburban Orlando neighborhoods. Most of our Orlando work runs through the suburban ring — Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Nona, Baldwin Park, College Park, and out toward Sanford and Lake Mary. That’s where the home-improvement projects we’re built for tend to live.
Drive time is line-itemed transparently in the estimate so there are no surprises.
