Do you handle the permit and the utility locate?

Yes. We pull permits where the city requires them and we always call 811 for utility locates before any digging. Both are line-itemed in the estimate.

How long does a residential fence install take?

A standard 150-foot residential fence runs two to three working days, plus 24 hours of cure time on the post concrete before we hang gates. Bigger runs scale linearly.

What fence height should I install — 4, 6, or 8 feet?

4-foot for front yards and decorative runs. 6-foot is the standard for backyard privacy. 8-foot is rare and usually limited by code or HOA. We'll check your local height and setback rules before we quote.

Wood, vinyl, or aluminum — which holds up best in Northeast Florida?

Aluminum lasts longest with the least maintenance — no rot, no termites, no repaint. Vinyl is second, but it can crack in hard impact. Pressure-treated wood has the warmest look but needs a stain or seal every 2-3 years to stay tight. We'll talk through your priority — look, life, or maintenance — and quote accordingly.

Can you match an existing fence style for an HOA?

Yes. Send us the HOA's exterior spec sheet — height, style, color — and we'll match it. We won't install something that's going to fail HOA inspection.

Do you install gates with smart locks or keypad entry?

Yes. Mechanical locks are standard. Smart locks (keypad, Bluetooth) require a hardwired or battery setup that we'll spec on the estimate.
